The products and services include: (1) the content on our website located at https://LopeNexus.com or any other websites, pages, features, or content we own or operate, including our mobile application ("Website"); (2) any application program interface ("API") we make available to you; (3) the Platform (defined below) which facilitates Digital Asset swaps; and (4) any other services we may make available, directly or indirectly.

By accessing our Website or Platform, registering for a profile with the Company, or otherwise using any of the products or services offered by the Company, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Key Definitions

• Account: A user profile registered on our Platform to initiate trades and manage interactions.
• Digital Asset: A cryptographic asset representing value, including virtual currencies.
• Non-Custodial Service: A model in which the Company does not hold or manage user funds. Users send funds solely for the purpose of executing a trade and receive the output at a destination address they provide.
• Platform: The system operated by the Company that facilitates Digital Asset swaps.
• Supported Digital Asset: Any Digital Asset listed as available for swap on the Platform.
